The Dead One Protrudes by Don Thompson

What the Critics Would Have Said

I am the sixth person to whom this review has been assigned. Each of the five previous reviewers died while reading this book. If you think I am going to chance reading it you are mistaken. If I were you I wouldn't chance it either. There is a reason it is called "The Dead One". Erin Wombat, The Morticians' Monthly Bulletin.

I rate this book as a 10. This is the only 10 rating I have ever given. The scale is 100. Lefton Putah, The Bombay Western Times.

Not one of our residents liked this book. The Brookfield Zoo Gazette.

Mr. Thompson's sordid and demeaning ventures into the evils of Chicago's legal establishment do not stop or delay him one second from pouring more fuel on a fire that needs no such encouragement due to the obtuse descriptions thereof of events produced by that establishment. If only he could write in a plain and simple communicative fashion as do I when elucidating you herewith. As I was considering in my glorious amazement why it is that he feels inwardly compelled to write so far over his audience's heads it suddenly occurred to me that he spreads his excrement way below them. Literature at any acceptable level is something he does not produce. Selfie Goodlove, The Chicago Legal Insight.
